Reading this and That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. What helped you push through the plateau. How are you handling injection-day fatigue. Rooting for you.

Just wanted to say, Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. So proud of you. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.

Reading this and Don't give up, it's worth it. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work.

Reading this and Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Been there, it does get easier I promise. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively.

Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
