Reading this and Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Been there, it does get easier I promise. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Popping in today to say, That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
