Late to this but Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Onward!

Reading this and Don't give up, it's worth it. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work.

Reading this and Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Been there, it does get easier I promise. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
