Fitness update at month 8: started doing resistance training at month 3 after losing significant muscle mass in the early months. Since adding lifting 3x/week, my rate of fat loss has actually increased while I've gained visible muscle definition. The combination is powerful.

Have you tried injecting in the evening? That helped my nausea enormously.

Totally agree. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Constipation was my big one — magnesium at night helped a ton. This community is the best.

The tiredness in week 2 is very real. Be patient with yourself.

Same experience here. The food noise reduction was the most unexpected thing for me.

Totally agree. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. You've got this.

Reading this and Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Keep us posted!

What's your current titration schedule looking like. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Checking in this morning, I learned not to lie down right after eating. What helped you push through the plateau. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
