Reading this today and The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. I learned not to lie down right after eating. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

Same here, Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
