My doc kept me at 0.5mg for almost 3 months because I was losing well and tolerating it fine. I pushed back a bit because I'd read about faster titration schedules, but looking back I'm glad she slowed it down. Zero serious side effects the whole time. Anyone else had a similar experience with a conservative titration?

Just wanted to say, Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here — Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

The protein-first approach is the single best nutrition change I made. Before any carbs or fats, get your protein in. It works synergistically with the medication to preserve muscle while you're in a deficit.

What helped you push through the plateau. A1C came back normal at my last check-up. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Rooting for you. Everyone's different of course.

Coming back to this thread, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Hit a number on the scale this morning I haven't seen in years. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.
