What's the hardest part of this for you day to day?

Those gaps are wild. In Toronto I'm paying around 350 CAD a month for my Ozempic through a regular pharmacy, so the Spanish pricing you mention would be a steal even with travel factored in. Down 29 lbs myself, and I agree the savings hunt is worth it.

Netherlands is running me around 280 euros a month at the pharmacy, so Spain at 200 sounds worth a day trip if anyone can confirm it. The spread between neighboring countries still surprises me every time I check.
