🍎 Do you live in the UK and do some or all of the grocery shopping for your household?

I am conducting a short survey on food purchasing preferences as part of my master’s thesis, and I would be very grateful for your participation.

Filled it in too. Funny how the replies all echo each other -- my trolley's about half the size it used to be and I'm 44 lbs lighter since starting, so the survey answers probably skew interesting for a thesis on this crowd.

Filled it in as well. My own basket's changed a lot since starting my research peptide -- way less volume, way more protein -- so answering the questions felt a bit surreal. Good luck with the thesis.

Completed it too, only took a few minutes. Answering honestly meant admitting my weekly shop is now mostly protein and produce since I'm down 12 lbs and barely eat half what I used to. Good luck with the masters.

Done, another UK shopper for your sample. I'm on Mounjaro and down 35 lbs, so my answers were all about smaller hauls and protein-heavy choices -- hope that helps rather than skews the data.

Filled it in too. My trolley on Trulicity looks nothing like it did a year ago -- about a third of the volume and half of it protein now -- so hopefully the UK perspective adds something even from an American basket.

Done as well. My shop has shrunk massively since starting the jab -- down nearly 70 lbs and my basket is basically protein, yoghurt and veg now, so hopefully that came through in my answers. Good luck with the thesis.

Did the survey too. What struck me is my bill barely changed even though I'm down 28 lbs -- I just buy less rubbish and more of the decent stuff now, which probably came through in the answers. Good luck with the research.

Done, though my answers probably skew American since I'm in the US. Same story here on Victoza though -- my weekly shop is way more produce and protein than it ever was, so interesting to see this group reflecting the same shift.
