Weekly log update posted this morning

Public accountability did the same for me -- posting my weekly numbers out of Toronto kept me honest through a couple of stalls on my way down 29 lbs. I found the log matters most on the weeks I least want to write it. Good luck with the restart.

The weeks I skipped posting were always the ones where things slid, so even a one-line entry beats silence. I'm down 26 lbs and the log has been half the reason. Subscribed to your thread so I'll notice if you go quiet.

The going-quiet check from the last reply is real -- my 70+ lb log had a three-week gap last spring that turned into six. Even posting "no loss this week, stayed on it" kept the streak alive for me. Rooting for you.

Same here on the public thing -- my Tucson heat-stroke-summer log died for a month last year until I forced myself to post even the bad weeks. Down 37 lbs since I started Trulicity and the thread is what kept me from another six-week gap. Watching for your next update.

Posting the bad weeks is what saved my 45 lb log too -- I noticed the threads that died were always the ones where someone hit a stall and went quiet. Hope the accountability keeps working for you.

My log died twice before I learned the same lesson -- both times it was a stall that made me ghost. Down only 2 lbs so far but posting it anyway this time, stalls included. Watching for your week one numbers.

The stall-and-ghost pattern is so real, both my dead logs ended the same way. I'm only 14 lbs in this round but committed to posting even the flat weeks this time. Week one numbers coming, bad or boring.

Down enough now that strangers are noticing, still weird to hear. Belt needed a new hole today, small thing that felt enormous. Keep the updates coming.

The accountability thing is what saved my log too, 40 lbs in and the weeks I skipped posting were always the weeks I drifted. Posting the boring flat weeks matters more than the big drops, honestly. Curious what your week one looks like.

Same boat here - posting even the ugly weeks is what kept me honest through a stall that lasted almost a month. The flat weeks are where the accountability actually earns its keep.

#16

Restarting was the part I kept failing at until I made myself post a "back on it" thread at down 26, and having people see the comeback kept me from quietly quitting again. Hoping the public log does the same for you.

#17

I bailed on my log twice before the third one stuck, and the difference was posting right away instead of waiting until I had a good week to show. At down 21 I've learned the comeback thread matters more than the streak itself. Bookmarking this to check on you in a month.

This is my fourth log and the only one that lasted past a few weeks was the one where I posted even the ugly weeks. Down 58 now and the gap after I fell off was way worse than any slow week on the shot. Checking back here to see you still posting.

#19

Fell off my own log for a month in the summer and restarting felt worse than just staying quiet, so respect for posting day one. Down 13 on the .25 here and the weeks I actually logged were the ones I didn't drift. Watching for your next update.

The worst part of falling off was always the dread of the first post back, and once I ripped that bandaid off my second run stuck. Down 21 myself and the weeks I skipped logging were exactly the ones things slid. Glad you're starting on day one instead of waiting.
