Virginia here, covered without any drama from day one, which after reading this thread feels like winning a lottery I didn't know I entered. Down about 56 lbs but the January renewal anxiety hits the same no matter what the scale says. Watching for other states before open enrollment locks me in.

[US] US coverage check-in for today - by state?
Iowa here on Zepbound, covered fine so far but only 6 lbs down so I feel like I barely earned the smooth ride compared to some of you. The January renewal dread seems universal across every state in this thread. Saving my approval letter after reading the Georgia story.
Oklahoma here on Saxenda and no fights so far, though my down 5 lbs is moving slower than the rest of you. The January worry doesn't care which med or state you're on apparently. I photocopied my approval letter too after reading this thread.
Another Virginia voice here, Wegovy covered since the start and down 58 lbs, so apparently VA is doing alright by us. Keeping my approval paperwork somewhere findable anyway because renewal season spooks everyone equally.
We're all in this together. Seriously, well done. Definitely check with your own provider before trying it.
