Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. What's your current titration schedule looking like. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
