Coming back to this thread — Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Been there — it does get easier I promise. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects.

What's your current titration schedule looking like. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. You've got this.

For what it's worth, Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Constipation was my big one — magnesium at night helped a ton. This community is the best.

Checking in this morning, The mental side is harder than people admit. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. What helped you push through the plateau. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.

Reading this today and Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Keep us posted!
