Reached my goal weight yesterday and I'm still processing it. 14 months ago I weighed 298 lbs. Today I weigh 183 lbs. 115 lbs. I don't have the words for what that means to me. I'm going to write a full post soon but for now I just needed to say it somewhere that people would understand.

Late to this but Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. The mental side is harder than people admit.

Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, You should be really proud. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Hang in there.

Honestly, Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. This community is the best.

Coming back to this thread — Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Rooting for you. Everyone's different of course.

Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Sending good vibes your way. What's your current titration schedule looking like.

Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Everyone's different of course.

Adding my two cents: Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Onward! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
