This community saved my first month on medication. I came here when I was ready to quit at week 3 and people here convinced me to push through. It's now month 5 and I'm down 38 lbs. Thank you all.

The sulfur burps are embarrassing but Pepto and Gas-X got me through the worst weeks.

Adding my two cents: Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread — Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Reading this and You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. So glad I'm not alone in this.

This is exactly what happened to me at week 6. The nausea just... stopped one day. Hang in there!
