You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

For what it's worth, Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Onward!

Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Rooting for you.
