Adding my two cents: Incredible progress. How's your energy been lately. Stay the course. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Rooting for you.

Just wanted to say, Stay the course. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. You've got this.

Same here, Six months in and down 41 lbs total. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. So glad I'm not alone in this.
