Just wanted to check in at week 6 because I remember being terrified reading about nausea before I started. It was rough — weeks 2-4 were genuinely difficult. But I woke up this morning feeling normal for the first time since starting and I'm down 18 lbs. If you're in the thick of the nausea phase right now, it does pass. Hydrate, eat small, and give it time.

Totally agree. The mental side is harder than people admit. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, Hit a number on the scale this morning I haven't seen in years. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. So glad I'm not alone in this.

For what it's worth, What's your current titration schedule looking like. The mental side is harder than people admit. So proud of you. Rooting for you. Everyone's different of course.
