Officially hit 50 lbs down today!! Took 11 months on Mounjaro but I'm here. Thank you all for the support along the way.

For what it's worth, Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reached my goal weight this week. Now having the maintenance conversation with my doctor. Bittersweet but mostly sweet!

Celebrating a non-number win: I signed up for a 5k. A year ago I couldn't walk to the mailbox without resting. Zepbound changed my life.

Adding my two cents: Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. This is huge. Such an inspiration honestly. This community is the best.

Reading this and The mental side is harder than people admit. Fit into a restaurant booth comfortably, small thing but huge. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
