Reading this and You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Walked up three flights of stairs and wasn't out of breath. Hang in there.

Coming back to this thread — Maintenance for three months now and holding. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Fit into a restaurant booth comfortably, small thing but huge. What helped you push through the plateau. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Thanks for sharing this.
