Blood pressure normal for the first time in years

Down 75 lbs as of this morning and I had to share it somewhere that gets it. week 6 in and I finally believe this is going to work.

Adding my two cents: Keep going, seriously. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Hang in there.

For what it's worth, What's your current titration schedule looking like. Look how far you've come. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Onward!

Adding my two cents: Crossed my legs for the first time in years today. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but My sleep numbers improved at my last check. Maintenance for three months now and holding. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Same here, This is huge. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Old jeans from years ago fit again. Everyone's different of course.
