Honestly, How's your energy been lately. Played with my kids in the yard without getting winded. Fit into a restaurant booth comfortably, small thing but huge. Onward!

Totally agree. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. What's your current titration schedule looking like. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Such an inspiration honestly. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Everyone's different of course.

Reading this today and Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Walked up three flights of stairs and wasn't out of breath. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
