Just wanted to say, Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Fit into a restaurant booth comfortably, small thing but huge.

Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Got off one of my blood pressure meds. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Fit into a restaurant booth comfortably, small thing but huge. So proud of you. You've got this.
