Slow loser here, 10 lbs over a long stretch, and I'm making peace with the pace. Anyone else in the tortoise club?

Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Walked up three flights of stairs and wasn't out of breath. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. So glad I'm not alone in this.

For what it's worth, Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
