Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Walked up three flights of stairs and wasn't out of breath. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size.

Adding my two cents: Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Energy to actually cook dinner instead of collapsing. This is huge. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
