Totally agree. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Hit a number on the scale this morning I haven't seen in years. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

For what it's worth, Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Got off one of my blood pressure meds. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. You've got this.

Same here, What helped you push through the plateau. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. You should be really proud. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.

Same here, Buckled an airplane seatbelt with no extender, almost cried. Fit into a restaurant booth comfortably, small thing but huge. Rooting for you.

Honestly, Played with my kids in the yard without getting winded. Energy to actually cook dinner instead of collapsing. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. This community is the best.
