Reading this and Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively.

Adding my two cents: Played with my kids in the yard without getting winded. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread, Tied my shoes without it being a whole production. Don't give up, it's worth it. Maintenance for three months now and holding. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
