Holding at a dose a little longer worked out fine for me too, still dropped most of my 26 lbs without ever rushing the schedule. If the appetite is still quiet where you are, that tells you something. Update us when you decide.

Fifteen pounds in on my own pace too, and most of that came after I stopped treating the titration schedule like a race. If hunger is still quiet where you are, that dose is clearly earning its keep. No shame in camping there a few more weeks.
Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher.
Camping at a dose is underrated - I stayed put at the top Saxenda level once the food noise quieted and the last few of my 8 lbs came off without any drama. If it's working, why poke it.
