My A1C journey: diagnosed T2D 3 years ago at 8.2. Started Ozempic primarily for diabetes management 10 months ago. Current A1C: 5.6. My endocrinologist says I'm no longer diabetic by definition. I've also lost 62 lbs. This medication has genuinely changed my life trajectory.

For what it's worth, You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Maintenance for three months now and holding. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Following along — Look how far you've come. What's your current titration schedule looking like. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. Been there, it does get easier I promise. Rooting for you.
