My A1C journey: diagnosed T2D 3 years ago at 8.2. Started Ozempic primarily for diabetes management 10 months ago. Current A1C: 5.6. My endocrinologist says I'm no longer diabetic by definition. I've also lost 62 lbs. This medication has genuinely changed my life trajectory.

Same experience here. The food noise reduction was the most unexpected thing for me.

Same here — Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Thanks for sharing this.

For what it's worth, Such an inspiration honestly. Incredible progress. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here — The mental side is harder than people admit. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through.

For what it's worth, You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Maintenance for three months now and holding. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Following along — Look how far you've come. What's your current titration schedule looking like. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. Been there, it does get easier I promise. Rooting for you.

For what it's worth, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. You've got this.

Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
