Fitness update at month 8: started doing resistance training at month 3 after losing significant muscle mass in the early months. Since adding lifting 3x/week, my rate of fat loss has actually increased while I've gained visible muscle definition. The combination is powerful.

Coming back to this thread — The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. You've got this.

Honestly, We're all in this together. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Constipation was my big one — magnesium at night helped a ton. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
