Sulfur burps AND nausea, rough week

Week 1 nausea has me questioning everything. How long did it take before it eased up for you, and what actually helped in the meantime?

Honestly, Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. This is huge. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable.

Following along, The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. How are you handling injection-day fatigue. This community is the best.
