Nice to see another intro with a 1.7 start, that's where I was when the food noise finally quieted for me too. Down 34 lbs myself and the search bar here has saved me a lot of late-night googling. Glad you jumped in early.

Hey welcome, I'm down 53 lbs and 1.7 was definitely a turning point for me too with the food noise. You're smart to show up early, my biggest regret is not lurking the search bar from day one.

#24

Welcome! The food noise thing everyone keeps mentioning was real for me too, gone somewhere a few weeks in and down 65 lbs since. Digging through old threads here answered questions I hadn't even thought to ask yet.

Welcome, glad you posted instead of just lurking. Food noise quieted down for me around week three or so, and reading older threads here saved me from panicking over stuff like appetite dips early on. Down 20-something lbs myself, still learning as I go.

Welcome from another Zepbound user down in Kentucky. I'm only a couple months in and 7 lbs gone, so right there with you on the early stretch -- the older threads here talked me off the ledge when week two got weird.

Energy dipped for me around the same stretch you're in, mostly in the afternoons, but it bounced back once I got serious about protein at every meal. Down 17 lbs and the fatigue is way less of an issue now than it was the first month. Worth tracking how yours trends week to week.

That 1.7 jump was where my appetite really quieted down too, and I'm sitting about 10 lbs lighter since starting. Protein at every meal made a big difference for my afternoons as well. Stick around, the older threads here are gold.

Food noise faded for me over a few weeks, not right away, so give it time. And yeah, don't switch pharmacies mid-run if you can help it, my one gap there hit harder than any dose jump. Down 38 lbs now and the early rough stretch feels far away.

Welcome, and nice that you're diving in early. I'm down about 24 lbs and the biggest thing I learned was to expect the quiet weeks to come gradually, not overnight. The search bar here saved me from panicking over every little twinge.

Welcome aboard. I'm down around 30 lbs and the search bar trick here got me through some weird side effect nights early on. The first month felt slow but it stacks up faster than you'd think.

#34

Congrats on getting started, and 1.7 already means you've handled the early climbs fine. I'm about 50 down and the thing nobody told me was how much protein and water mattered once appetite dropped off a cliff. Stick around past the slow first stretch, it really does snowball.

#35

Welcome! I'm only about 11 lbs in so you're basically ahead of me, but the appetite drop catching me off guard was real - keeping food in the fridge I actually like made a difference. See you in the slow-week threads, ha.

Congrats on getting started. I'm a few months in and about 17 down, and the biggest surprise for me was how little I think about food now compared to week one. The early weeks feel quiet but it adds up quicker than you expect.
