Coming back to this thread — What helped you push through the plateau. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but The mental side is harder than people admit. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

The mental side is harder than people admit. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Hang in there.

Honestly, I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good.

Late to this but Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. This community is the best.
