Holding at 2mg and debating whether to climb. Appetite is creeping back mid-week but side effects were rough last time I bumped. What would you do?

Just wanted to say, Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Rooting for you. Everyone's different of course.

Reading this and Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me.

Rooting for you. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Stay the course. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, I learned not to lie down right after eating. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Hang in there.

The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up.

The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, Rooting for you. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
