Late to this but Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable.

Adding my two cents: Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose.

Late to this but My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Onward!
