I've lingered on 0.5 longer than the schedule says too and it's still working, down about 12 so far. Hunger comes back a little at the end of the week but nothing like before, so I'm in no hurry to move up.

Slower climbs have been the whole game for me too -- I stretched out my increases and I'm down 61 without the rough side effects I feared. The last-day-of-the-week hunger thing is real but manageable, so no rush here either.

Same story here, stretched the lower doses way out and I'm sitting at 60 down without ever rushing the climb. The hunger creeping back late in the week is the only nudge I need to consider moving up, and even then I wait until it's consistent. Slow clearly works for a lot of us.

Down 35 on 0.25 myself and honestly no plans to move yet. The late-week hunger shows up but it's nothing some decent planning can't handle, so I figure why rush it.

Same approach on the tirzepatide side -- I stretched my way up to 10 and the slower pace kept the side effects mostly at bay while I dropped 26 lbs. I only bump when the late-week appetite sticks around for more than a couple weeks straight.

Still on my starter dose a few months in and down 8, so this thread is reassuring. I kept waiting to feel pressure to move up, but the appetite stays quiet most of the week so slow it is.

Staying at my lowest dose too and 30 down so far -- figured if it ain't broke, don't poke it. I only ever considered moving when the weekend cravings started creeping back for real, and mostly they haven't.

Down almost 40 myself and I've only moved up twice the whole time. My rule ended up being pretty similar -- if I'm not thinking about food by Thursday, there's zero reason to touch anything. Glad this thread is normalizing staying put.

60 down here and I've been on the same dose since early on, since the food noise mostly stays gone. Only started wondering about a bump when late-week hunger showed up consistently, and even then it faded on its own. Threads like this make me feel less weird about cruising at the low end.

21 down and still parked at my starting dose, and honestly the only signal I've ever watched for is whether the food thoughts come roaring back late in the week. So far they haven't, so I'm in no hurry. Nice seeing so many people doing fine without climbing.

36 down and I've also stayed at my lowest dose the entire time. Once the late-week appetite quieted down for me, moving up just stopped feeling necessary. Slow and steady seems to be the pattern among the folks with the best results here.

Tirzepatide person here but same philosophy, down 29 and still on the lowest dose because it keeps working. Watching the late-week hunger return was my signal last time I considered moving up, and so far it hasnt. Slow titration seems to be the quiet winning move in these threads.

Down almost 50 on Zepbound and I went up slower than the schedule suggested too -- only climbed when the late-week hunger stopped staying quiet. Agree with the room that patience at each step beats rushing the ladder.

#35

Still on 10 and holding, down 16 lbs so far. My late-week hunger has started creeping back a bit, so I'm watching that closely before deciding anything. Good to see so many here patient with the climb.

#37

Slow titration worked the same for me, down 55 and I stayed at each step until the late-week hunger stayed quiet for a couple weeks straight. Only moved up when it started creeping back, and even then just one notch. No regrets taking the long way up.

Similar path here, 60 down and I stayed put whenever late-week hunger got loud again. That creeping-back signal ended up being my best guide for when another notch made sense. The long way up is still working fine for me too.
