I've been doing a weekly log in this thread and several people have asked me to keep going so here's month 3 update: down 31 lbs from 278 to 247. Lost about 3-4 lbs per month after the fast initial drop. Stalled for 2 weeks at month 2.5 and it broke on its own. Energy is better. Sleep is better. Still on 0.5mg and my doctor wants to see me stay here another month.

Honestly, Fit into a restaurant booth comfortably, small thing but huge. Look how far you've come. Sending good vibes your way. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, Don't give up, it's worth it. Hit a number on the scale this morning I haven't seen in years. Old jeans from college fit again. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

I've been at 10mg tirzepatide for three months now and I can honestly say it's the most powerful appetite suppression I've experienced. I'm not hungry in the mornings at all and sometimes have to remind myself to eat lunch. The GIP component really does seem to add something beyond what semaglutide did for me. Zero complaints at this dose.

Totally agree. Blood pressure is finally in normal range. Tied my shoes without it being a whole production. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
