Late to this but You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. How's your energy been lately. Rooting for you.

Coming back to this thread, Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Rooting for you. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this today and I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Maintenance for three months now and holding. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Totally agree. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. This community is the best.
