Starting my journey log here. Current weight: 247 lbs. Goal: 175 lbs. Starting Ozempic 0.25mg this week. I've tried everything else over the past decade and I'm finally taking this step. Going to document everything honestly — the good and the bad.

Totally agree. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Onward!

Just wanted to say, Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Honestly, I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise.

Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Hang in there.

Adding my two cents: What's your current titration schedule looking like. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call.

For what it's worth, Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Rooting for you.
