Anyone else on Ozempic dealing with a rough day today

Traveling with Rybelsus for the first time today and want to make sure I'm doing the timing right. How do you all handle it?

On Zepbound so I just do a weekly shot, but when I flew to Denver last month I still tied it to my injection morning by picking whatever day lined up with my usual one once I adjusted for the time change. Less strict than you oral folks have to be, but the carry-on tip is the part I'd echo. Safe travels.

I take mine first thing with just a sip of water and wait about half an hour before breakfast, which is easy to keep consistent even on travel days. When I flew last month I just set an alarm for my usual time in whatever timezone I woke up in. Down 40 lbs doing it that way, so the routine seems to be working fine for me.

I keep mine in a carry-on too, and honestly the biggest thing for me was just picking a time that fits mornings on the road, not the perfect one. I did a week of hotels this spring and anchored it to coffee instead of an alarm, which worked better since my wake-up times were all over the place. Consistency mattered more than the exact hour for me.

Anchoring it to coffee is smart, might steal that for my next trip. I did the alarm thing on a work trip last month and kept forgetting my phone was on hotel timezone, so a habit tied to something I was already doing made more sense than a clock. Have a good trip.

Down 12 lbs while juggling travel is no joke, nice work. I had the same timezone panic on a trip last fall and ended up just taking it when I woke up wherever I was, and my stomach never seemed to care. Coffee anchor sounds like it beats my method though.
