Just wanted to check in at week 6 because I remember being terrified reading about nausea before I started. It was rough — weeks 2-4 were genuinely difficult. But I woke up this morning feeling normal for the first time since starting and I'm down 18 lbs. If you're in the thick of the nausea phase right now, it does pass. Hydrate, eat small, and give it time.

Seconding the hydration advice. I drink at least 80oz a day and it makes a huge difference.

Prior auth is such a game. Three denials before approval — persistence is key.

Your labs look incredible. That A1C drop is massive — your doctor must be thrilled.

Have you tried injecting in the evening? That helped my nausea enormously.

For the nausea: small meals, no greasy food, ginger tea, and Zofran if your doctor will prescribe it. The first 4-6 weeks are the hardest. Everything gets better after that point in almost every case I've seen in this forum.
