Totally agree. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. This community is the best.

Honestly, Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again.

Following along, I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. So glad I'm not alone in this.
