For the newcomers reading: how would you describe food noise to someone who's never felt it quiet down?

Totally agree. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. Hang in there.

Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters.
