Keto + tirzepatide is the combination that finally worked for me. I'd done keto before with limited results and tirzepatide with limited results, but together the appetite suppression of the medication plus the ketosis just clicked. Down 28 lbs in 5 months. Not claiming this works for everyone but wanted to share what's working for me.

Coming back to this thread, The mental side is harder than people admit. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. A1C came back normal at my last check-up. Hang in there.

Look how far you've come. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. This past year has been the biggest change of my life. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. This community is the best.

Totally agree. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me.

Seconding the hydration advice. I drink at least 80oz a day and it makes a huge difference.
