Honestly, Look how far you've come. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

Honestly, Walked up three flights of stairs and wasn't out of breath. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Checking in this morning, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Fit into a restaurant booth comfortably, small thing but huge. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
