I'm a nurse and I want to share a clinical perspective on the GI side effects. What's happening in your gut during the first few weeks is the medication slowing gastric emptying significantly. This is by design — it's the mechanism that creates satiety. The nausea is your body adjusting to this new normal. It gets better as your body adapts.

What's your current titration schedule looking like. How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. This past year has been the biggest change of my life. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
