This community saved my first month on medication. I came here when I was ready to quit at week 3 and people here convinced me to push through. It's now month 5 and I'm down 38 lbs. Thank you all.

Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me.

Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Blood pressure is finally in normal range.

Just wanted to say, A1C came back normal at my last check-up. Six months in and the scale keeps moving the right way. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

Coming back to this thread, That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Hang in there.

Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Rooting for you.
