This community saved my first month on medication. I came here when I was ready to quit at week 3 and people here convinced me to push through. It's now month 5 and I'm down 38 lbs. Thank you all.

Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me.

Coming back to this thread, That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
