Following along, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Keep going, seriously. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. Sending good vibes your way. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared.

Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. You should be really proud. This community is the best.

Following along, Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. My last check-up came back looking great. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Coming back to this thread, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
