Fitness update at month 8: started doing resistance training at month 3 after losing significant muscle mass in the early months. Since adding lifting 3x/week, my rate of fat loss has actually increased while I've gained visible muscle definition. The combination is powerful.

Reading this and Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Hit a number on the scale this morning I haven't seen in years. What's your current titration schedule looking like. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this and Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Six months in and the scale keeps moving the right way. You've got this.

Don't give up, it's worth it. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Six months in and the scale keeps moving the right way. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work.

Just wanted to say, Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. What's your current titration schedule looking like. Rooting for you.

Reading this and Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher.

Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Rooting for you.

Honestly, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Keep us posted!
