For anyone considering the switch from semaglutide to tirzepatide: I made that switch at month 6 and the difference in appetite suppression is noticeable. I went from thinking about food constantly (even on sema) to genuinely not being interested. The dual GIP/GLP-1 mechanism really does seem to add something.

Has your sleep changed at all since starting. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose.

Coming back to this thread, Don't give up, it's worth it. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Rooting for you.
