My doc kept me at 0.5mg for almost 3 months because I was losing well and tolerating it fine. I pushed back a bit because I'd read about faster titration schedules, but looking back I'm glad she slowed it down. Zero serious side effects the whole time. Anyone else had a similar experience with a conservative titration?

The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Everyone's different of course.

Coming back to this thread — You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Six months in and the scale keeps moving the right way. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
