My A1C journey: diagnosed T2D 3 years ago at 8.2. Started Ozempic primarily for diabetes management 10 months ago. Current A1C: 5.6. My endocrinologist says I'm no longer diabetic by definition. I've also lost 62 lbs. This medication has genuinely changed my life trajectory.

The mental shift is real and nobody talks about it enough. By month 3 I stopped thinking about food constantly. I'd walk past a donut shop and feel nothing. That's not willpower — that's the medication working on a neurological level. I genuinely feel like a different person and it's still a bit surreal.

Adding my two cents: How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Following along, Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.
