Coming back to this thread, Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Hang in there.

Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Same here, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
