The hair loss started around week 9 for me and I panicked. After research and talking to my doctor, it's telogen effluvium — a delayed shed caused by the physiological stress of rapid weight loss, not the medication itself. It slows down around month 4-5. Biotin and collagen peptides haven't hurt. Just wanted to share this so the next person isn't as scared as I was.

Same here — Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Just wanted to say, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Been there, it does get easier I promise.

Following along — What's your current titration schedule looking like. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. This community is the best.

For what it's worth, Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Has your sleep changed at all since starting.

Late to this but How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Thanks for sharing this.

Reading this and Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Everyone's different of course.

A1C came back normal at my last check-up. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
